How it works
- Book a free checkup. Twenty minutes. I look at where your books stand.
- Send your statements. The last full month of every bank and credit card statement, plus the month your books were last right. That's what I need to price the work.
- Get one fixed price in writing. No hourly billing. Half is paid up front, and the work begins.
- Get your books back. Your reports are delivered, and the other half is due.
Want to stay caught up? Any monthly package keeps it that way, with reports by the 15th of every month.
What I need from you
- Access to QuickBooks Online. If you use something else, we'll talk through moving over at your checkup.
- Bank and credit card statements for every month you're behind. Most banks let you download them online.
- Statements for any business loans or equipment financing
- A list of the subs you paid, if you have one
- Receipts for big purchases like trucks and equipment
What it costs
Catch-up work starts at $600. Your price depends on how many months you're behind, how many accounts you have, and how many transactions run through them. You get one fixed price in writing before any work begins. Half is due up front, and half when your books are delivered.
